Located on Portugal’s southern coast, Lagos offers access to a rich marine environment where dolphins are among the most frequently encountered animals. The waters of the Algarve are regularly visited by bottlenose dolphins, which have become one of the region’s most iconic marine species.
Pilot whales, minke whales, sea turtles, and other marine animals may also be observed throughout the season, reflecting the biological richness of this section of the Atlantic coast. Every excursion is different and depends on the movements of wildlife and the natural conditions at sea.
